Booking, Cancellation, Reissue & Refund Policy:

✈️ Flight Policy

  • MySafar follows the airline’s official cancellation and reissue policy.
  • All cancellation or date change (reissue) requests must be confirmed at least 48 hours before departure. Otherwise, a no-show charge may apply as per the airline’s rules.
  • Cancellation or reissue requests must be confirmed directly with MySafar for processing.
  • A standard service charge may apply for any cancellation or reissue request.
  • If payment was made through EMI, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • After cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting airline charges, service fees, and other applicable costs.
  • Refunds will be returned through the same payment method used during booking.
  • For any additional payment, a convenience charge may apply depending on the payment method.

🏨 Hotel Policy

  • Hotel bookings follow the cancellation policy of the respective property.
  • Cancellation charges depend on the hotel’s policy and the timing of cancellation.
  • Date changes are not allowed for hotel bookings. Travelers must cancel the existing booking and make a new reservation for different dates.
  • For EMI payments, applicable EMI charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting all applicable charges.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

🌍 Tour Policy

  • Tour bookings follow the tour operator’s cancellation policy.
  • Travelers are advised to review the cancellation terms mentioned under each tour package before booking.
  • For cancellation or date change requests, please contact MySafar directly.
  • EMI charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting all relevant charges.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment channel.

🛂 Visa Policy

  • Visa fees and service charges are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is approved or rejected.
  • Once a visa application is submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified.
